Scratches Lead to Nightmares

My opinion on this lockdown is NEVER go to Bobby Mackey’s Music World in Wilder, Kentucky for your first investigation of ghost hunting! Zak, Nick, and Aaron went to Bob Mackey’s, and Zak got scratched out of nowhere. Nick said earlier in the investigation, “Come and get Zak.” And Zak agreed and said, “I’m right here for you” and right there I knew he would regret that. When they went by the hole that Carl Lawson dug up, Zak got 3 scratches down his back and they looked like they were a foot long. He also had a few 1inch scratches around the huge ones. Three is also the mocking of a trinity.
When they were getting let out, Aaron said, “I hope we never come here again” well, his wishes are not our command. In 2009, Zak, Nick, and Aaron went back to Bobby Mackey’s with 50-100 people, and that wasn’t the best idea. Something was calling them back though. When they went, Zak heard over the PX devise, “Z man”. Z man is what Zak’s dad use to call him, and he hasn’t heard that name for a long time. Aaron heard through a different devise, and it started saying, “Family troubles” then, “Marriage troubles.” After that lockdown, Aaron and his wife Sheela had a divorce, and Aaron said on the 3rd lockdown when Zak asked him,"Do you think Bobby Mackey's is the reason for your divorce?, Now I know the answer, your one of my good friends, but I want them to know." and Aaron said, "I think it was 80% of the devorice." But they are still great friends, and they both knew it was not Bob Mackey’s fault.
After that lockdown something was STILL calling them back, so they went back to Bobby Mackey’s in 2010, and Zak… got border line possessed. The crew was upstairs in the bar, and Zak said, “We’ve done this enough that we know they’re not here”. And he was getting a little heated, but then Aaron heard a voice that said, “Gonna kill Zak” and then Aaron freaked, but didn’t know it said that. Zak was stating his opinion and said, “Just like I was saying sitting on the floor, they’ll come out when we least expect it.” And that’s what they did. All these things happen to Bobby Mackey's Music World, but nothing happens to Bobby Mackey himself. The result to this is he doesn't believe in ghost. His wife even got push down stairs, but he doesnt believe in ghost. They even have to put a sign in the doorway when you walk in that says, "This establishment is not proported to be haunted. Management is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any actions of any ghost/spirits on this premises."
They went to the basement, a demonologist named Bishop James Long went with Zak, Nick, and Aaron. He cleansed the room, and Zak started to feel a burning everywhere, but Aaron heard a voice in his head that said, “Kill him, kill him” and that wasn’t good. Everything was very emotional for Aaron when they were going over what happened. It’s not easy being a ghost hunter.

Who Are They?

Have you ever watched the show, Ghost Adventures? Well if you haven’t, it’s a show about the paranormal. The people that are on the show and that do the lockdowns are Zak Bagans, Nick Groff, and Aaron Goodwin.  They started Ghost Adventures in 2004. Their first lockdown that got aired on TV was Bobby Mackey’s Music World in Wilder, Kentucky which aired and made in 2008. Their episode made in 2004 was when they went to The Old Washoe Club for the first time, An Old Grave Yard, an Old Cabin House that these miners once lived in, The Goldfield Hotel, and Silver Queen Hotel. One big thing is how Ghost Adventures came to be. Zak was a DJ before ghost hunting. When he was DJing at a wedding, he saw Nick and wanted to talk to him. They started talking and decided to go ghost hunting just to try it. They found out that they needed a camera man, so Nick asked his good friend, Aaron, if he would do it for them. He said yes. Aaron and Nick already knew each other from college. So they had their first lockdown at the Castle house in Nevada or at the Washoe Club. It’s not easy being a ghost hunter.

Zak Bagans is the lead investigator of Ghost Adventures. [Website] People say he is the tough one of the group. My opinion is Zak doesn’t show fear easily. Zak has a book called, Dark World, and he mainly talks about what he sees in paranormal investigating and what some day he hopes to see. Zak has his own way of investigating. He doesn’t go straight to the house not knowing what to find. He interviews people and he researches books and other resources with Nick and Aaron. But a place that was very physical with Zak and a very scary part of the lockdown was at Tooele, Utah at Asylum 49. This place was half haunted attraction and half… wait for it….. Nursing home! CrEePy! What happen there is that Zak made Aaron go down the hallway to room 666. When he went down there, he barely got anything, but when Zak got down there, they got a very scary voice that said, “Zak Bagans”. Then they went into room 666 and while Nick and Aaron were out in the hall way, Zak was in the door way of room 666 and he was seeing the Jacob’s ladder light up all the way to the top.  Now remember, 666 is the sign of the devil. After all that he got a very scary voice and something was pushing Zak up against the wall and he couldn’t move. Then finally, the spirit let him down and he told Aaron the whole story. Ghost hunting is VERY dangerous. Nick, Aaron, and Zak are VERY brave. I got to say Zak is probably my favorite by 1 point.

Nick Groff is the co-investigator of Ghost Adventures. I think of him as a little bit of Zak and a little bit of Aaron. Nick isn’t scared to do things when it comes to hard core ghost hunting. Nick stays on his game and doesn’t ever let anyone or anything in his way. That’s unless he needs to let out a joke or two. Nick just had a CD album released called, The Other Side, which he rapped himself. He has meanings for all his songs and one song that just sticks out to me is, What’s Next. The reason why it sticks out to me is because he says what he thinks the paranormal is. He lets other people talk with him in this song. The people that also state what they thing the paranormal is are these people: Mark Constantino, Debby Constantino, Jeff Belanger, Zak Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, Jay Wasley, and Dave Schrader. They all really state what they think it is. Some words that stick out to me are Nick: “Energy will never die it will only multiply.” And Zak: if you believe in Heaven, he must believe in [Heck]. If you believe angles, you must believe in demons.”

Aaron is the equipment tech of Ghost Adventures. I say equipment tech/investigator because it’s the truth. Aaron doesn’t just sit at base waiting for Zak and Nick to need a new piece of equipment. He goes ghost hunting with Zak and Nick and he’s has to be the scared one, but he’s got a lot better. For example, they went to the Mizpah Hotel in Nevada. There was this BROKEN DOWN elevator that was in the basement that Aaron went to. He says he heard a door shut. He went do to the place that he heard. He finds out it’s the elevator. He goes inside the elevator and gets a recording on his digital recorder. When Aaron says, “If you open the door, I’ll give you money,” the door opens and he is facing the back of the elevator towards the mirror. And remember I said BROKEN DOWN!!! That’s an amazing piece of evidence.

All in all, Zak, Nick, and Aaron are very brave to do this. These guys are risking their lives to do this, especially when demonic demons come into play and possess you. Like I said before, ghost hunting is not easy or a piece of cake, but many people are risking their lives. A lot of people like Zak, Nick, Aaron, Billy Tolley, Dave Schrader, and ECT are making ghost hunting look easy, but they are skilled. So get this in your head… GHOST HUNTING ISNT EASY SO BE CAREFUL!!!

Watch Ghost Adventures on Friday and Saturday at 9PM EST on the Travel Channel and get spooked for the night
